Aiming at the increasing application of RFID technology in the medical environment, this study introduces the foreign requirements for RFID immunity test of medical devices, compares them with the current immunity test requirements of medical devices in China, and puts forward the necessity of establishing relevant test specifications in China.

Gait Measurement System Using Laser Range Sensor Based on Lower-limb Rehabilitation Robot / 中国医疗器械杂志

Spatiotemporal gait parameters provide important information for the rehabilitation of patients with gait dysfunction. These parameters are often obtained by complex systems such as optical motioncapture system and pressure plates. However, these systems cannot be deployed at the lower-limb rehabilitation robot easily because of high costs, large area occupation and wearable requirements. We present a gait measurement system with a Light Detection And Ranging(LIDAR) laser sensor based on the lower-limb rehabilitation robot. Firstly, to calculate gait parameters, the data are aggregated into left and right legs by the clustering algorithm and the legs contour is fitted with two circles respectively according to the least square method. Then, the spatiotemporal gait parameters are defined based on the time and position of initial contact(IC) and toe off(TO). Finally, to verify the validity of the proposed system, we compared the results of the proposed system with a 3D motion capture system based on a lower-limb rehabilitation robot. Experimental results showed that the gait detection system can measure the parameters within a small range of error that testified the validation of the proposed system. This system proved to be a valid and reliable method for the measurement of gait parameters.

Advances in Study of Icarrin for Anti-aging and Anti-depression： A Review / 中国实验方剂学杂志

Population aging has become a major feature of the demographic structure of today's society， and anti-aging is currently one of the major areas and hot spots of medical research. Kidney deficiency causes aging is the basic theory of aging in TCM， and kidney tonics have a long history of improving physiological functions and significantly alleviating aging-related diseases. However， the formulation of kidney tonics is complicated and the mechanism of action is still unclear. It is difficult to precisely analyze the targets of disease action and metabolic pathways. The kidney tonic herb Epimedium has the effect of tonifying the kidney and augmenting yang， and is not only used to treat diseases related to kidney deficiency and aging， but also has unique advantages in the treatment of mental and emotional diseases. Modern pharmacological studies have proved that Icarrin， a monomeric component of Epimedium， can produce a wide range of biological functions on cardiovascular system， exercise system， reproductive system， and nervous system， with strong antioxidant， free radical scavenging， and repair of mitochondrial DNA damage， which can anti-aging， anti-depression， and improve immunity， etc. In this paper， we searched databases such as CNKI， Pubmed， Wanfang database， Wipu Chinese journal service platform， and web of science to review the research on Icarrin， a monomeric ingredient that has both anti-aging and anti-depression effects， in order to provide a basis for further research on anti-depression and anti-aging in Chinese medicine.

Posterior intervertebral autogenous bone grafting combined with long-segment fixation for type C thoracolumbar fractures / 中华创伤杂志

Objective To investigate the efficacy of posterior intervertebral autogenous bone grafting combined with long-segment fixation for type C thoracolumbar fractures.Methods A retrospective case series study was performed in 28 patients with type C thoracolumbar fractures admitted to the 903 Hospital of PLA from January 2013 through January 2016.There were 20 males and eight females,aged 25-55 years,with an average of 36.8 years.All patients had type C fractures according to the new AO classification system.The injury occurred at T11-12segment in 5 patients,T12-L1 segment in 8,L1-2 segment in 9,and L2-3 segment in 6.These patients were scored 7-9 points [(8.0 ± 1.1) points]according to the thoracolumbar injury classification and severity score (TLICS) and 7-10 points [(8.5 ±1.4) points] according to Load sharing score (LSC).There were 20 patients with grade A and eight patients with grade B based on the American Spine Injury Association (ASIA).All patients were treated with posterior intervertebral autogenous bone grafting combined with long-segment fixation.The operation time and volume of blood loss were recorded.Kyphosis Cobb angle,visual analogue scale (VAS) and Oswestry disability index (ODI) were compared between before operation and 1 week,3 months,12 months and 24 months after operation.Bone grafting union was evaluated during the follow-up period by CT scan.ASIA grade was used to evaluate the functional recovery.Results All patients were followed up for average 26 months (range,24-36 months).The operation time was (135.8 ± 30.5) minutes and the intraoperative blood loss was (350.5 ± 50.7) ml,respectively.No serious complications occurred during the operation such as blood vessel or nerve injury aggravation.No serious complications occurred after operation such as incision infection and internal fixation loosening or fracture.Cobb angles of local kyphosis at 1 week,3,12 and 24 months after operation were significantly improved compared with preoperative Cobb angle (P ＜0.01).VAS and ODI were also significantly improved at 1 week,3,12 and 24 months after operation (P ＜0.01).The last follow-up found that all the intervertebral bone grafts were fused.At the last follow-up,ASIA grading results were as follows:grade A in 20 patients,grade B in 3 and grade C in 5.Conclusion Posterior intervertebral autogenous bone grafting combined with long-segment fixation has the advantages of simple operation,short operation time,minimal trauma,good fusion effect,significant relief of the pain and improvement of neurological function,indicating a surgical option for the treatment of type C thoracolumbar fracture.

In terms of performance of piezoelectric micro pump, this paper explores the piezoelectric ceramic plate in different wave driven micro pump flow rate. The conclusion is that the square wave voltage gets the biggest micro pump velocity. The velocity and pressure of the micro pump is almost linear relationship, and having nothing to do with the different inner diameter pipes. The piezoelectric micro pump's stability is not good and exists attenuation.
